As you are no doubt very aware we are living in the most extraordinary of times.
As from the 1st November 2020 we will no longer be operating in Essex or Cambridgeshire. This will have the advantage of reducing our traveling and avoiding many high risk areas.
The ideal situation is for us to operate in a vacant property.
If this is not practical then for both your protection and that of our operatives I must insist the following instructions are observed.
For the duration of our visit we require a clear unoccupied route from front/back door to the bathroom, and Have undisturbed access to your bathroom and adjacent room’s or hallway’s.
We require a parking space for our van on or close to your property.
All personal and removable items tooth brushes, towels, mats, pictures/mirrors etc will need to be removed from the bathroom prior to our visit.
Our operatives when carrying out work at your home or Premises will:
Maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters from any and all occupants’.
Check their temperature that morning prior to departure and again on arrival,
Sanitise their hands on arrival and periodically during their visit.
Will ensure the bathroom is sufficiently ventilated whilst maintaining an operational temperature 16 to 22 degrees centigrade.
Not be required to wear face coverings.
Not attend if there is the slightest doubt as to their health,
In return
We ask you to notify us if you are in any doubt as to your health or that of others at your premises,
We also ask that you inform us if either you or any other member of your household displays symptoms of Covid-19 up to 1 week after our visit.
Stay Safe
Kind Regards
