Non Slip

A non-slip surface can be applied usually beneath the shower covering about 1/3 of the base area

Sometimes a bath has become porous maybe even etched by chemical cleaners or dripping water over a long period of time. This can show as lines running down the sides or along the base of the bath. In this instance when we perform our re-coating process the original vitreous enamel has been damaged and this etching/contouring may still be noticeable. Most customers prefer this finish as it is part of the character of the bath. However if you do wish to have any etched/contouring areas as smooth as possible you would need to let us know. This etching can be corrected by means of an additional process which is carried out over an additional two day period thus incurring additional cost.
